Annual Wellness Visits are important appointment for you and your child. This is an opportunity for the provider to do a comprehensive medical exam on your child, discuss growth and development and address any concerns or questions you may have. Our Annual Wellness Visits are a great way to make sure your child is up-to-date on vaccines, cleared for any upcoming camps or sports.
Your Child will have the following wellness visit schedule:
2 weeks, 2 months , 4 months, 6 months, 9 months, 12 months, 15 months, 18 months and 24 months. Beginning at 3 years of age it is recommended to have an annual wellness each year.
